1. About these terms

This website is operated by ΠΡΟΣΦΥΓΙΚΟ ΣΩΜΑΤΕΙΟ "ΑΝΔΡΟΥΛΛΑ ΧΡΙΣΤΟΔΟΥΛΟΥ" ΤΑΥΡΟΥ (MOI Registration ΛΑΡΣ3636), Arch. Makariou 75a, Xylotymvou 7510, Cyprus. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Purpose of the website

The site exists to describe our non-profit activities, publish our governance information, and allow people to contact us. Nothing on this website is a commercial offer, and we do not sell products or services.

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not use our contact channels for unsolicited advertising.
• Respect the privacy of other community members in anything you send us.

4. Beneficiaries of our programmes

Support is offered free of charge, without discrimination, and subject to the resources available at the time. We ask beneficiaries to provide accurate information, to treat volunteers and other participants with respect, and to follow the safety rules of any venue we use. Support may be paused where conduct puts others at risk.

5. Volunteers and community partners

Volunteers act under the direction of the Administrative Committee and are bound by our confidentiality and equal-treatment rules. Partnerships are agreed in writing and must be consistent with our charitable objectives; we do not endorse partners' commercial activities.

6. Donations and contributions

Any contribution received is applied exclusively to the association's charitable objectives. We do not collect payments through this website. Donors may request confirmation of receipt by writing to info@refugeehelpcyprus.org.

7. Information accuracy

We keep the content of this site accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, medical or financial advice. Always confirm official requirements with the competent public authority.

8. Intellectual property

The association's name, emblem and website content belong to ΠΡΟΣΦΥΓΙΚΟ ΣΩΜΑΤΕΙΟ "ΑΝΔΡΟΥΛΛΑ ΧΡΙΣΤΟΔΟΥΛΟΥ" ΤΑΥΡΟΥ. They may not be reproduced for commercial purposes or in a way that suggests affiliation without our written permission. Fair quotation with attribution is welcome.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from reliance on third-party sites we link to.
